Acceptance of the terms
By downloading, installing or using the Welva app, formerly FitTrack, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of the service
Welva is a mobile health and nutrition tracking app. It includes weight and body measurement tracking, a nutrition journal, meal photo analysis, progress reports, and synchronization with Apple Health and Withings. The app is provided for informational and personal convenience purposes.
Welva is not a medical device
Welva does not provide diagnoses, treatment or medical advice, and is not a substitute for a healthcare professional. Information shown in the app, including calories, macros, trends and report narratives, consists of estimates for general guidance. Consult a professional before making decisions about your health, diet or physical activity.
Welva+ subscriptions
Welva is free and offers an optional Welva+ subscription, which includes unlimited photo analyses and AI-written report narratives.
- Prices: €4.99 per month or €29.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for the yearly plan. Actual prices may vary by region and are displayed in the app.
- Automatic renewal: the App Store manages the subscription and renews it automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancellation: manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings under Apple Account, Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: Apple manages payments and any refunds under its own terms. Welva does not process payments.
Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for backing up your data, including through export features and iCloud synchronization. If you delete the app or reset your device, locally stored data is permanently lost.
Intellectual property
The Welva app, including its code, designs, text and logos, is protected by intellectual property law. You do not acquire any ownership right in the app or its content.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for decisions you make based on information provided by the app, or for data loss caused by a device failure or a third-party service. The app is provided "as is", with no guarantee that nutrition estimates will be completely accurate.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms form the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the app.
Governing law
French law governs these terms. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
